@Angry_Staffer His symptoms check off quite a few of the syphyllis boxes. But I am not a doctor, I just notice things. I have worked with syphyllis patients, his behaviors appear crazy similar. I can't say with certainty, obviously. But syphyllis has been my guess for a long time now

@Angry_Staffer I lean toward tertiary syphilis - nearing the end. Maybe some CHF or kidney failure as a result. Definite erratic speech patterns, word finding issues, gradiosity, paranoia, edema - fluid retention hands/feet (probably testicles too), skin changes, confusion, incoherence...

@uncledoomer A similar cloud was seen over a nearby area in SE Ohio, after an "incident" at an explosives factory a week or so ago. Nitric acid was/is the concern. A 3 mile evacuation zone lasted about 8 hrs, and a 30 nautical mile no-fly zone was in place.
