Attended the meeting called by the General Manager, @GMSRailway with MPs served by the Thiruvananthapuram Division of Southern Railway (from Kerala and Kanyakumari). A number of issues were raised, ranging from the deplorable quality of the food to the availability of Vande Bharat trains on vital routes. The need to upgrade stations and allocate additional passenger trains was a common refrain.
