I keep away from social media mainly but @JohnLewisRetail & @Dell have annoyed me. Laptop is 2 months old and Dell were meant to repair it but returned it with the same fault. Asked for replacement or refund - refused by JL! Now I have to waste more time sending it back to Dell.
