The worst part? Their service team has shrugged and said nothing can be done. Is this how a global brand treats loyal customers? If a flagship S series device can't survive even 2 years, how is this “premium”?

Extremely disappointed with @SamsungIndia's so-called "premium" experience. My Galaxy S23+ 1 year 9 months old—suddenly stopped working without warning. No drops, no water damage, just dead.
Now Samsung demands ₹38,000 for repair!

@RahimAli_0786 @SamsungIndia I have the same issue with my S23+. The service center is asking for around 38,000 for motherboard replacement.
No sign of physical damage or water 😓

Not even 2 years for a premium smartphone which abruptly stops.

Its more than 15 days no conclusive support and asking for 38k.

What makes it more appalling is the growing trend Samsung’s top-tier phones barely last two years before malfunctioning. For a brand that charges premium prices, this is deeply unacceptable.
You owe your customers accountability, not excuses.
