At no point has the Trump presidency more closely resembled a scene out of “Idiocracy,” Mike Judge’s 2006 satire about a Philistine society that abhors intellectualism, than on Sunday night, as the White House played host to UFC Freedom 250.
The event was ostensibly meant to commemorate the 250th birthday of America, but really to honor the 80th birthday of President Donald J. Trump, a man whose thirst for adulation and public spectacle will never be quenched.

Can’t help but notice all the people who said Obama would desecrate the White House with Escalades and rap music on the South Lawn are absolutely loving this UFC fight on the South Lawn.

@bradmiska Marketing did this movie so fucking dirty. Those bullshit trailers sell a movie that is not at all what I saw in theaters. And I loved what I saw in theaters. The marketing team and trailer editors on this movie need to be put in time out.
