Radiation for ventricular tachycardia? For patients with high-risk refractory VT, STAR is a promising treatment alternative.
Honored to have been invited to speak at #SNOSTORM2026 in Ottawa last week and share our institutional experience on STAR vs. redo catheter ablation.
Our study was highlighted in The ASCO Post!
We found that <30% of patients with early-stage breast cancer remained adherent to endocrine therapy at 5 years. Patients who omitted radiation were more likely to experience substantial lapses in adherence.

So awesome and thankful to be part of the @ASTRO_org press program a second year in a row! Presented on our study which found that omission of radiation is linked to lower endocrine therapy adherence in early stage breast cancer. @SitemanCenter@WashUMedRadOnc@washumedicine
The second press briefing featured several impactful studies with the potential to meaningfully influence patient treatment and care across radiation medicine, oncology, and mental health.
