@VMCcare No upgrade available until november. Thanks though. Thought this would be classified as a manufacturing defect and get a whole new replacement phone . I am going to see what other cell service providers are available to me in my area.

@VMCcare No unfortunately its been an issue the entire time. Im out of town and tolerated it too long. I will see what is available to me to possibly upgrade. Just over not being able to use the phone or be heard. Broken reception.

@VMCcare Phone is beyond the warranty period. Any way i am able to upgrade to a newer model and sign a new plan. I currently have the s6.

@VMCcare No they didnt lol. Restarted my phone and sent me on my way. Is this covered under warranty still..if so i would like a new phone asap. Cant send it away I use it every day for work.

@VMCcare I have. No one can figure it out..husband has service with you and his phone works fine around our house. Thinking there is something really wrong with my phone. I pay alot each month for poor service.
