@WasteManagement I’d like to commend WM for completing my service last week.I made five calls and escalated to customer care. & twitter. Pay your CDL drivers a premium wage, THEY are the most important to customer service & satisfaction. Wake up, WM. Especially on rural routes.

@WasteManagement I have. WM has a systemic issue. The lack of drivers, consistency in communication and the fax that your customers have to use this platform to get attention to their concerns should tell you something. Follow up!
