The @CentralBankJA needs to have a policy, if RTGS is not completed in 2 hours once initiated inside allowed hours, the bank should refund the RTGS fees. @ncbja @ScotiabankJM @firstglobalbank

Why does RTGS to and from @ncbja takes the entire day? Every other bank is almost instant. Send it at 9 AM to or from NCB, it reflects at night. #backwardbanking #Jamaica a wire from @ScotiabankJM to @BankofAmerica takes 5 minutes. Here I am still waiting for a local RTGS

@steveg_mcd @PrincessRene92 @AndrewHolnessJM @JamaicaConstab Based on my observation of the video, the shooter didn’t want to allow the occupants to leave. He kept firing, 1 occupant (male) and the other (young female) kept telling the shooter to stop shooting.
