@djsuupaa @FilmThePoliceLA @GloriaJRomero The signature verification of mail in ballots, the lack of any requirements for a witness signature, the disposal of the envelope with the signature to the actual ballots, meaning there is no way to have an audit trail of verification once the ballot is separated.
