झारखंड में पुलिस की भर्ती पिछले 11 साल से और दरोगा की भर्ती पिछले 8 साल से नहीं हुई है।

मतलब, कोई युवा अगर झारखंड पुलिस या दरोगा बनना चाहता है, तो वह 18 से 26–27 साल की उम्र तक पहुँच जाएगा—और इस दौरान एक भी फॉर्म भरने का मौका नहीं मिलेगा।

सवाल सीधा है—क्या झारखंड में पुलिस और दरोगा की जरूरत नहीं है?

युवाओं की उम्र निकल रही है, लेकिन भर्ती कब होगी, इसका कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं है।

सरकार युवाओं के भविष्य पर कब ध्यान देगी?
