Today was an interesting day, specially in light of the ongoing IPL. A few days ago, Dinesh Karthik’s (yes, the cricket player) team reached out to our support number requesting if we can expedite the delivery of Neo 1 that they had ordered.

We shipped them a device. Today, his agent reached out to our customer support team again forwarding a voice note from Dinesh about his experience and feedback. It was surprising (fangirl moment) and thoughtful of him to have taken the time out share the voice note.

Also, apparently he and his team use it regularly.

Now hoping to get to meet him :-)
