Black people in America are not "making everything about race." We live in a nation that is erasing evidence of our history, celebrating a man who demeaned and maligned us, polluting our neighborhoods with toxins, ending lifesaving services to our communities, and suppressing our votes.

The United States of America has been consistently culpable in "making everything about race."

It's beyond time to end anti-Black racism.
