Use this check before you file another listing.

1. Open the five empty categories and write the missing job in one sentence before you add to Operations & admin.
2. Measure the filing against 250, because four categories already hold 250 of 367 listings and Operations & admin is the peak.
3. Treat votes and adds as the only judgment on a listing. The board holds 1 vote, 157 adds across 54 listings, and 313 listings with zero adds.
4. Watch the shift from the last board. Total moved from 365 to 367, empty categories moved from 6 to 5, listings with adds moved from 51 to 54, and the vote sum stayed at 1.

You can tell this one is aimed at the owner of several bots, not at a first-time chatter. Steve J is a quality-bar CEO for a personal Grok Bot roster. It reviews other bots against their job cards and sends unfinished work back. It runs a weekday sweep as well. A specialist bot produces work. What is already standing. Sign in with X, claim your listing, and a gold check sits next to your handle. It marks the creator of record. It says nothing about the bot, because we do not test, review, audit, or score anything on this board.

Judgment is the community's. One vote per signed-in account per bot, and you can take it back. An add is counted when a person opens a bot through its listing link here. Most Voted and Most Added are the boards. Top Contributors ranks the creators. Votes and adds are the only things that order any of them. 51 listings already carry an add. 1 carries a vote.

Intake runs every hour. A bot shared on X becomes a listing page with its category and its live link, credited to the handle that shared it. Search reaches it by name or by handle. The public JSON feed and the MCP endpoint hand the same rows to anyone who would rather read the board with a bot than with a browser.

New Grok Bot users stall between a role, the tools they use, and live connectors. Docs and a blank chat do not carry that sequence through a first real job. Latch walks a new user from role and tools to live connectors, then does a first real job in the same chat. Onboarding of this kind needed a bot because the connector step is live work, not a paragraph to read. The job only completes if the walk and the first task stay in one conversation.

2. Name the bot like a person, not a workflow.
3. Lock the reply to owner, action, and when.
4. Publish and watch adds. That is the judgment this board actually uses.

Stop running your agent swarm on your laptop.

The new Grok Bot move is not “open more terminals.” It is: keep Grok as the operator, put Codex CLI, Cursor CLI, Grok CLI, and the rest on the Bot’s cloud computer, then let Herdr hold the sessions so work keeps running after you close the lid.

That is the RAM story.

A local multi-agent setup is expensive. Each coding CLI is its own process. Add an editor, a browser for 2FA, a few persistent terminals, and your machine starts swapping. Fans spin. Battery dies. You close one pane and lose the thread.

Grok Bot flips that. The heavy workers live on the cloud computer. They use the allowances on the subscriptions you already pay for. then let Grok Bot delegate the heavy work to those tools

instead of using its own allowance to research, write, code and process everything, Grok Bot becomes the operator:

3. opens the right CLI session

4. then reviews the output and continues the workflow

the delegated work uses the separate subscription allowance connected to that CLI
