@KOACHKAMALSAINI I usually add 200 gram low fat curd, one medium banana and some potatoes 40-60 minutes before workout.
Specially when I plan to perform compound lifts.
Tired after 8 hours of sleep = vitamin D.
Catching every office cold = vitamin D.
Joints stiff by evening = vitamin D.
Mood dipping by winter = vitamin D.
If you're over 30 in India, there's an 80% chance you're deficient in vitamin D and blaming everything else. Here are the 8 fixes that actually work:
At Vienna airport, there was an Indian dude who decided to jump the entire baggage-drop queue by finding a gap and making his way straight to the front.
The foreigners around him immediately told him to go back. They were genuinely shocked by his behaviour. He kept arguing that this was where he was, until one guy finally lost his patience and shouted at him to go the fuck back.
I was standing right there watching the whole thing.
This is exactly the kind of repeated behaviour that creates stereotypes about an entire country.
No civic sense and respect for the people standing in line, and then the audacity to argue when called out.
Indians who behave like this abroad are not just embarrassing themselves. They are actively contributing to the biases and stereotypes the rest of us then have to deal with.
Absolutely horrible behaviour!
No, E20 issue didn't disappear, people are still getting lower mileage.
The fact is that the affected people with E20 are mainly working class and all they can do is speak against it on social media for a limited time, they can't leave job to protest on road because they've family to feed and EMI, bills to pay.
So probably they're left with only one option to get their voice heard - and that comes once in 5 years.
Telling you, performance cars aren’t for everyone and yes, BMWs are a perfect example.
Being Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD), they demand skill and respect. Many of us treat cars as if they can do anything just like assuming a 4x4 can go anywhere. Every vehicle has its limits, and so does the driver’s ability.
In an RWD car, even a little too much throttle on the wrong surface can break traction and send the car into a spin within seconds. That’s where many accidents happen.
We need to understand the car before trying to exploit its performance, especially with high-end vehicles.
At the end of the day, it’s skill not money that determines whether you drive safely. The sooner we learn that, the more lives we’ll save! 🙏🏻 RIP the souls 🕊️
My father is hospitalized at Fortis Hospital with a brain hemorrhage, and @CareInsuranceIN has been delaying his claim day after day for 5 DAYS, impacting his timely treatment.
At such an unimaginably painful time for our family, having health insurance that puts us through…
Why can't I reply to this post? Did they really turned off comment section for everyone?
This is such a bold step that impacts every citizen and you're not even open for feedback in comments.
Come on man, this is so childish.
Look at that smirk on this bastard's face. He knows he will get away for what he has done. Literal blood thirsty vampires walking around us. Anything less than a death penalty by guillotine in public will be an injustice to the many victims of this vampire.
When kids died due to adulterated milk powder in China, they hanged the 2 owners of the milk powder companies and sent 19 people to jail for lifetime imprisoned. It's time that we take similar approach in dealing with such people
If he is not given death plenty & executed within 3 months then entire Indian judiciary system from High court to Supreme Court must die in shame!!
> Eat fake paneer
> Drink detergent milk
> Get Cancer
> Go for treatment
> Get fake cancer drug
Die from corruption. Nobody ever goes to jail!!
Have we managed to build even ONE city in the last 80 years where you can ride a bicycle without constantly fearing you’ll be crushed by some Thar owner?
WFH any day, I'm fed up with :
- 2 hrs of commute, losing productive hours
- Colleagues discussing broken marriages, situationships, why should I care?
- Forced small talk and pointless meetings
- Being judged by visibility rather than output
- Office politics as collaboration
> Be a BJP Minister

> Send your kids abroad to study

> Retweet Modi’s tweet

PGs and Hostels all over the country are in these conditions because there is a false narrative since ages that the more difficulties you study in, the damp room, the broken ventilation, 1 inch thicker mattress, the black mold in the washroom and the 2g protein mess food, the more you will excel in studies because 'struggle cannot be done in good facilities'.
You can't even ask your guardians or parents for better humane facilities because 'aish karne gaya hai ya padai karne' is the first dialogue.
Glorification of the struggle is ONE of the biggest reason why you see kids dying in random building collapse, hostel food, live electrocution and floods.
