@parcelforce waited in all day for my parcel, now tracking updated to say returned to depot. Supposed to be delivered express 24, very poor service!!!

@LloydsBank just phoned customer service, what a rude person on the end if the phone. Call was 43 mins most if that time i was on hold and then he just disappeared with no response.
