Thousands have signed an online petition urging the DPP to appeal the sentence given to Christopher O’Neill over the death of Martin Lynn.

Mr Lynn died after an unprovoked one-punch attack at his home in Whitehall in July 2023. O’Neill was jailed for six years.

Martin was killed by a random scumbag who by the age of 17, tallied up 7 previous convictions & was sentenced by J. Nolan for 3 yrs (2 susp) for trying to run over a lad with his 4×4. 17+ convictions later, now 31, #ChristopherONeill got 6 yrs today for an unprovoked 1 punch kill
