Just opened my beautiful smelling freesias to put in a vase after treating myself at ⁦⁦@waitrose⁩ earlier (as they remind me so much of my late Mum) to find that of the 7 stems, one is bent & one has no flower at all! The treat is marred somewhat 😢😢

Finally saw light when @bt_uk engineer fixed broken fibre told we didn’t have until I try to order a TV aerial. Now starts a new saga….🤯

@bt_uk ….the tech team man then tried to put in my order for a new tv aerial but cannot do it for at least 24h due to the fact that the lady has upgraded my broadband package to a faster one! I ask you, I have never heard anything so ridiculous in all my life! 😳😤😡🙈🤯

@bt_uk Your systems definitely need looking at. I was on the phone to a lady who said she needed to put me through to your tech team to order the tv aerial but she couldn’t get me straight through. She said, whilst you’re waiting I can see that for an extra £1 per month you could get…
