Now look...
Kenyans are buying tokens, and the SMS isn’t coming.

So you’ve PAID for electricity... but you’re still sitting in the dark.

How is this even acceptable?
This is exactly the problem: A system where power depends on an SMS is a broken system.

And it’s not the first time.
KPLC, fix this.
