The stress being caused by @virginmedia is unreal! Almost 5 months after supposedly resolving an alleged disconnection fee complaint they are now STILL pursuing it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY?

@AsdaServiceTeam Did big shop at out of town Asda on Weds.Unpacking shopping, noticed date on yogurts..17th!!! Tried phoning store. Took back for exchange next day to local asda (not driving back out of town) Told can’t do it and need to return item to original store. Not happy

@virginmedia waiting for £27.60 credit to be returned after closing my account & your equipment collected. When I phone I’m told my account is in debt for the disconnect fee- I have the screenshot of the 2hr chat conversation where the disconnection fee was waived🤷🏽‍♀️Sort it out😡

@virginmedia already had a 2hr web chat so refuse to waste anymore time on this! Sort it out from your end or I’m going to start billing you for my time. The evidence is CLEAR from my previous web chat and you should have it in your records- 5th May 19.42pm

@virginmedia Equipment has been collected. Phoned AGAIN yesterday afternoon-bill still showing over £500 for disconnection fee &credit owing. Told case would be escalated up to manager and sorted within 24-48 hrs and I’d get an email confirmation. No email as yet!

@avis pick up rental in Murcia, Spain and I take pics of any damage before I set foot in the car (photo 1)Guess what?on returning car your now saying I’ve caused damage (photo 2)and will charge my credit card. Still waiting for response to my email!!

What a joke! @virginmedia want to charge over £600 for a disconnection/cancellation fee because they say didn’t receive my cancellation form through post and should have phoned - kept on hold 45 mins last time & passed from pillar to post so guess wasn’t keen to phone again!

Disappointing to say the least! Many struggled to get here with tube strike on. She was obviously ill as cancelled her concerts in the days before. Helped onto stage & sat down for whole concert, croaky voice & bad lip synching. Waste of money #angiestone #indigoatthe02

@Primark Bought 3 lrg bags of stuff. Till workerput receipt into one of the bags. Got home no receipt! Go back to exchange told cant-even with bank transaction proof. Rude staff laughed & told me refund info on back of receipt/go sell the stuff!Why no refund notices at til point?
