A woman got billed for a $500 lab test she never took. When she went to the address it came from, she found an office with the door unlocked. There were thousands of unopened Blue Cross letters piled on the desk and stuffed in garbage bags.

The “lab” is owned by Mohammed Quadri. Nobody at the businesses next door had ever seen him, and CBS couldn’t get in touch with him.

Tennessee is preparing to execute Christa Gail Pike (50) on September 30th.

Christa Pike was only 18 when she brutally murdered 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer in Knoxville back in 1995. She was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in 1996. Then she was given a death sentence.

She is expected to become the first woman executed in Tennessee in more than two centuries.
