While Rwandans are grieving the loss of their loved ones who were killed during the Rwandan genocide 31 years ago, Rwanda's fearless leader Paul Kagame says 'go to hell!' to countries that have imposed sanctions against Rwanda for invading Congo, slaughtering Congolese civilians and plundering Congolese minerals. Presumably, from Kagame's perspective, his troops and rebels should be allowed to get away with these crimes.
