@tfwrail can someone explain please why I sent tickets for refund and they were signed for on 29th March and its taken 20 days to reach the refund team and now they say going to take another 28 days to get refund to me???????????? Been chasing this refund since Feb 22

@HMRCcustomers I was claiming £6 and week/month for working from home. As things haven't changed do I have to put in a fresh claim from Apr 22 onwards or will my existing claim continue that I made 2020? I looked on site and it doesn't look as easy as before
