Not just Sally's mum

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@bupa don't have any service at weekends - so how do you arrange a private room? Better be ill during the week...

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

Why is my mother paying so much for @bupa health insurance & yet when she gets admitted to an NHS hospital she can't get a private bed?

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

What the f*%# is wrong with @TfL indicators for @districtline ? They are as accurate as @standardnews horoscopes!

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

Waking up to @janegarvey1 on a sunday morning - couldnt be happier! Makes my #wabisabi feel more universal

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@BBCRadio4 slow radio this morning reminded me of the sound of masts and cables dinging in Emsworth Harbour from my childhood.

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@alextomo Try it with elastic bands too! They love the speed of the whizzing elastic

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

Did a man design this @Always advert? Unless you stick it to the outside of your knickers it's never going to be the shape illustrated!

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Tesco Just spend 10 minutes near the tills in a Waitrose store and you'll see how often they require staff resetting.

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Tesco yes, both times I made the effort but staff seemed unembarrassed at being asked. Should the ecigarette shutter be closed too?

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Tesco it's difficult to narrow to one member of staff - happens every time I'm in there!

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Tesco head office - are you keeping an eye on the cigarette booth at Notting Hill Gate branch? Doors almost permanently left open. Tut tut!

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Tesco please upgrade your self service tills to the type @waitrose use. #customerisalwaysright

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

Yet again @Tesco NHG has won my award for poor customer service. Pls head office do something about the staffing. So rude & inefficient.

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@Deliveroo have let me down again. Or was it #lunarossarestaurant? Looking forward to tiramisu after my pizza and found this in the box:

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@kassiastclair giving a fascinating talk @ChristiesEduLDN in south Ken. Got the bk & doing an online @klc course so I can't wait to read it!

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

Poor woman dying on her feet @ChristiesEduLDN Evening on colour - no visuals, faulty sound & waiting staff emerging behind her throughout.

@BBCWomansHour @JohnCampaign Nurses at Kingston Hospital didn't have time to feed my dad and took away unfinished food in 2004

[Stella Harpley @sharpley]

@BBCWomansHour my dad was made to sign a 'will' by Kingston Hospital legal dept within days of his death from dementia in 2004.

@Dhodgem was watching the glorious Frances de la Tour as a wigmaker in the film 'Missing you already' this week. #zeitgeist
