@kotakneo such a pathetic service. I cancelled sip, on email i got confirmation saying its cancelled successfully but on app and website its still showing active. Also there is no facility to step up an sip. And team is not aware of any process, just buying out time.

@kotakneo Probably I will be moving to some better brokers or ETMoney itself which I am using from past 6-7 yrs and I have never faced such basic gaps in the application or their systems

@kotakneo 4 of my SIPs are with @kotakneo @kotakneosupport kotak securities and team is saying if we want to change date or amount in any of the sip than we have to cancel the old one and create new sip. This might create an issue for me in future while tracking my SIPs
