@Hitachi @jagograhakjago Thank you for response, but my complaint is not related to a Hitachi Air Conditioner. This is regarding a Hitachi Refrigerator Complaint No. 26060307406, which has remains unresolved. Kindly direct me to the appropriate team or concerned refrigerator/appliance service department.

@Hitachi @jagograhakjago
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Hitachi Refrigerator service.
Complaint No: 26060307406

My refrigerator has been suffering from poor cooling and continuous water leakage from the backside for more than 40 days.

During this period,

I request immediate intervention from senior management, a proper inspection by a qualified engineer, and a permanent resolution. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will be forced to escalate the matter through consumer grievance forums and other appropriate channels.

[Shashank Baheti @shashankbaheti8]

@Hitachi_Digital Why shoueld wsuffer because your service team cannot identify the root cause?
We’ve been harassed for 2 weeks over a appliance issue.
Escalate this immediately and resolve it ASAP.
@Hitachi @Hitachi_Digital

[Shashank Baheti @shashankbaheti8]

@Hitachi I am really frustrated with your service. It has been more than 10 days since we raised a complaint for our refrigerator, and the issue is STILL unresolved.

Service charge(visit) - 500.
Your technician first said it was a gas issue → refilled it (no fix) - took 3200.

[Shashank Baheti @shashankbaheti8]

Then removed parts → said something reagrding panel and sensor - charged 1750
Now again saying another issue and asking us to wait ONE MORE WEEK?
This is unacceptable. There is zero proper diagnosis, just random trial-and-error while charging us repeatedly.
