@ganeshsonawane Seriously man, do better with customer support. It’s literal crickets chirping from Frido. It probably doesn’t matter to lose a single customer like me but then again, you wouldn’t know how many others passed through same sub-par experience that I passed through.
@ganeshsonawane The top order could have been mine but alas, you guys couldn’t deliver my first. Disappointed after waiting patiently and being ghosted on WhatsApp.
@BenThePCGuy Fun fact: I was inspired by the Windows phone interface and I made an iOS app for RSS feeds which had tiles like this and animation inspired from it. Apple promoted my app it on their Facebook page as easy to use design etc.
@viditb As an owner of HomePod OG, I can confirm Apple just treats Indians as an afterthought. Be it late arrival of Apple Maps (years late) to never (well 90% times for sure) being able to understand Hindi song requests.
Do you know who needs raise? Someone who knows that 3 messages a day without ability to turn off marketing message is a bad idea. Especially for customers who use this every day.
@myntra why do you not deliver product after taking money? Bought a gift card on 11 Nov and all I get is customer care rep hanging up on me. 2 hours wasted so far. Email says I can get card resend but no option in orders.
@keleftheriou That’s a trick question. When we answered that in an app that it’s for patients for a hospital, they rejected and said, target audience is too small. I mean seriously?? Audience is not there because the app is not even out yet.
