Have been raising a ticket on BTPAstram app almost everyday. No ticket raised. No action taken.

Multiple pedestrians have lost their life on this road due to this in the past

@Paytmcare Hi, I had some money in my Paytm Payments account. I have been trying to transfer that to my account for 2 https://t.co/iQ98MAimJ5 asks for KYC, where the Aadhar verification fails with error “Incomplete Address Fetched”.

I am unable to see the account balance also.

Your executives are more interested in the getting the ticket closed than actually solving the problem. And once the ticket has been reopened once, they refuse to reopen it. Thus increasing the resolution time for another day and the cycle repeats

@airtelindia I have been struggling to get a watch pairing issue resolved. The problem is clearly at the Airtel’s side. But your customer care and appellate has been playing the game of closing the ticket and opening another one for a month now.

@EurekaForbes service request no. CM-041123-020879138 . I have raised complaint 4 times. The tickets I raise keeps getting cancelled without any call or visit. Every time customer care says they have escalated. Then the cycle repeats. Playing this game for 3 weeks.

@ZoomCarIndia I am at location for vehicle pick up. There is no one here. Car keys are not available. There is mud in the car and on it. Your customer care number IVR says there is no booking with my phone number but I can see the booking in the app.

@JioCare the SR number mentioned here is just 1 in a series of tickets I have been raising for the past 6 months.

I have not been able to use your connection for more than 3 days without a downtime. And the downtime lasts for weeks.

Your local team doesn't care.
