Jack Antonoff slammed people who use AI to make art and music as "godless whores":
"So to everyone who is gassed up about the new ways you can fake making art, by all means drive right off that cliff. We're genuinely happy to see you go. Generations coming will be engaging in the ancient ritual of writing, recording and performing as it comes to us from God." https://t.co/K5XI8DbKse
The responses to that Chris Brown review really do highlight the contradictions in his image. You cannot be the unrepentant bad boy of the music industry *and* the unfairly maligned victim of industry politics and cancel culture.

STEPHEN A. SMITH: "The fact that I am candidate for the presidency of the United States of America according to the polling for the Democratic Party is the most clear-cut evidence of how pathetic of a state of affairs that exist within the Democratic Party today."
"I have no business being on that list whatsoever. I am not qualified. But it just shows how pathetic things are at this particular moment in time."
Having a "proud Black queer" woman to cite without having to deal with an actual human is basically the endpoint of the last ten years of liberal discourses.
to give you guys an idea of how far black legacy media has fallen, this 1970 James Baldwin interview on Zionism was also published in Essence — we’ve become a deeply unserious people
