I recharge my ODU router using smartcash option via my Airtel app it's been over 24hrs am yet to receive the value on my ODU number i called and messaged but nothing have been done to resolve this issue

@OurFavOnlineDoc Very easy the alerts that pop up on the website is from the sms notifications thats linked to the account so anyone with deep banking knowledge can use this to get an OTP which can be use to access the account.

@kudahelp_ng i made a transfer since 18th of this month i got an error response and was debited, and the transaction did not show in my history, i generated a statement and it showed on the statement but the recipient is yet to receive the value for the transaction
