@MousCase I started the CC dispute. 24 hours later support finally reached out to me! I told them I wanted a refund as getting an email every day about how you are too busy to help me, and if I dared try to contact again it would just make it worse, to be insulting.
Is it normal for @MousCase to ghost you on non-delivered packages? After 5 days I opened a case and got an auto response saying I’d hear back in 2 days. 3 days later another auto response.
I’d prefer not to initiate a charge-back, but this is ridiculous.
Hey @teslaenergy 3 issues here;
1. Bad English
2. There wasn’t an inquiry about internet dropping off
3. The actual issue is the backup gateway stops working, internet works the entire time
Seriously, what would it take to get real support?
I’ve found the official script used by @teslaenergy tech support! Here it is in it’s entirety:
1. Say it’s an internet router problem
Q & A:
Q - What if the system installer has confirmed their internet is working?
A - Just keep saying it’s the internet being out
@tesla_dad_1@teslaenergy Both time for me the system just eventually started working again. For the full outage on Monday: around 5:30PM CDT it just came back online fully (luckily as we had a 2 hour power outage that night).
The solar not producing today was 30 minutes or so and just started again.
@teslaenergy my Powerwall+ system went offline today at 1:19PM CDT. Reset on the gateway didn’t work. Full system reset didn’t work. Seeing chatter online about a bad firmware update and hold time on the phone is over 3 hours.
@tesla_dad_1@teslaenergy A support agent from Tesla called back on Friday and said it was related to a firmware update as I expected. It was offline for about 4 hours. Just now I also noticed that no solar was being generated and it’s sunny out. For about 30 minutes my system didn’t generate any solar.
@levelsio Modern security appliances can redirect the DNS requests going to any DNS provider to a local DNS server.
But you don’t even need to do that, if the security appliances blocks DOH (DNS over HTTPS) then your system will default to normal DNS which is fully unencrypted.
@UberEats taking orders for a restaurant you can’t deliver from then autocancelling the order after an hour is one of the scummiest business practices I’ve ever heard of.
Hey @UPS, I’m intrigued by the logistics of loading a truck within 2 miles of my house, sending that truck to the other side of the state, then making them drive my packages back to be delivered after dark.
But they travel every dirt road so my packages are filthy at arrival!
@hallmarkchannel are you aware that if you set a Dish Network receiver’s parental controls to block porn it also blocks all your Christmas specials right now?
That was an awkward conversation with my family I was visiting for Christmas and they wanted to know if I could fix it.
Another @Hilton miss this holiday trip. Embassy Suites in Little Rock, no one working front desk, issues with plumbing. Don’t try calling or messaging for issues, cause no one will answer.
@EmbassySuites@HiltonHotels
@Hilton it is unacceptable that when booking specifically for adjoining rooms that they aren’t available when you check in. Especially with how clunky the app is at doing it.
