Transfer to @O2 after 10+ years with competitor. Tuesday requested to transfer number and still not complete. Can't make or receive calls.

Got told by customer services it's a known issue, if so why allow transfers to happen if they will fail........

I'm reading issues started Saturday. So, why wasn't I told that or my transfer declined until you solve issues.
Not a very good way of managing the problem, just more being created
