Intrigued by this from Thursday's update. Who, if anybody, did the club (Sporting Director) consult to make them suggest that these will be among the best in Scottish football? Also, the equipment may be the best but becomes useless if the people using them aren't clued up.

@DonaldRankine @rankine_euan Culbert deserves a chance but given the squad turnover that's usually expected and the demand to get promoted at the first attempt I suspect he'll be, at best, a squad player.
