@LAmaleCA Yeah I see the map. Pretty concerning. Especially since Sherman Oaks isn’t even listed, and there’s no power here. No info for my area whatsoever. That’s the problem.

@LADWP The only thing worse than leaving your paying customers without power service for 15+ hours in this heat is the complete lack of communication about it. Why is it that I’ve tried multiple communication platforms and can find no concrete info/help? This is absolutely unacceptable.

@LADWP Been an hour since you posted this tweet with no reply to any comment. Sherman oaks completely removed from online outage map. Called the hotline and estimated restore time no longer exists. 2 minutes later received automated callback saying powers restored. It is not. Do better.

@AskPlayStation Since @AskPlayStation doesn’t seem to wanna help any of us with this problem, I can ABSOLUTELY confirm that having a friend sign into your account on a separate system works! I tried it just now and got on, after 3 days of nothing. Hopefully you have a friend who can help you.

@AskPlayStation why can’t I party up with my friends? Can play online solo no problem, but can’t join a party. Get error np-39225-1. Reset the console, my router, and signed out/back into my account. Still nothing.
