@KFCmalaysia di Seri Hartamas tak payah la offer servis Pandu Ambil. Parking pun tak ada untuk tunggu. Customer tunggu berjam² tak ada siapa yang keluar bawa order. Apps pula asyik ‘Processing’. Cust kena masuk dalam tgk order dah siap lama, tp staf buat tak tahu.
