Since being single, I've been able to focus on physical health and being active. I've been much more socially outgoing which is greatly helping my mental health. It has shown me how locked up I was in my then relationship. Much happier now. #MentalHealthMatters #relationships

Moving on can be so tough. I've gone through this recently. I used to ask myself "what if?" There's no point speculating. Let the past stay in the past. Better to move on than stay in toxic relationships. Just remember to keep smiling 🙂 #selflove #bekindtoyourself #relationships
