@JetBlue Are you kidding? This tweet after cancelling many flights? Website isn't working. You put us on flight 2 days later and we can't cxl this. Had to cxl hotel, car and Disney tix. Waiting since 3am (6 hours) to speak to cust svc rep. Where is accountability? @FAANews@USDOT@potus
@ColorOfHockey@JetBlue Yep, spent 12 hours waiting for chat agent only for them to cancel my ticket without letting me know & closing the chat. Only after waiting 2hrs @ check in line did I discover I was booted. So it took another 12 hours waiting on chat to get help with that debacle. You messy JB
Hey @JetBlue flight b6 1852 is delayed yet again. It would be considerate to cancel it now if you're ultimately going to cancel anyway. Save me from checking out of hotel for 3rd day in a row only to have to return yet again after being hours @ airport por nada #dontflyjetblue
@JetBlue another riddle: how can someone receive a booking confirmation, reminder to check in, & reminder for covid test, for a flight they aren't on? I thought I had the ticket because I received a booking confirmation and no other information. But I had no ticket. #jetbluelies

@JetBlue It turns out even though I received a booking confirmation, and notification to check in, and a covid test reminder, I actually had no ticket!! I only learned this *after* waiting 12 hours to speak to a chat representative! The app said I have a booking for tomorrow.
@JetBlue 2nd I tried to check in for tomorrow's flight, after receiving notification to do so, and I received technical errors saying my connection is bad, when my connection is perfectly fine.
@JetBlue but I didn't refuse help at the checkin counter, I, in fact, insisted on staying until they helped me & they refuse to help me. When I received an email booking confirmation for tomorrow's flight, that's when I stepped away.
@JetBlue 1st you cancel my flight & say that I asked an agent to do so (?!) when I never did such a thing nor did I receive any notification of cancellation. When I asked for help @ checkin counter after waiting 2hrs, none is given. But they make a note saying I refused help!
@JetBlue so now Continue means Cancel on your site? I can't checkin bc when I hit Continue it says I've Cancelled. This is called gaslighting. All your customers want to do is Continue and go home but you keep Canceling and giving no support #jetblue#jetbluedoesntcareaboutyou
