@dulcejulia @Waterstones @WstonesHelp I'm still waiting for my Wolfsong preorder as well. WS tried to blame it on Royal Mail, but Royal Mail says they have not even received it. So WS Support keeps giving me other emails to contact instead of actually helping me.

@stresscoffee Yep, same. Got tracking on Sept 2, but Royal Mail kept giving me an error message until finally updating on Sept 14 to "We're awaiting item" and that is where it remains. @Waterstones replied to my email with what amounted to "Oh well, not our fault." 🙃
