@RBS_Help Tried laptop and phone yes it may be connection issue as we do live rural no phone signal and rubbish WiFi. My wife's bank of Scotland works fine maybe time to move banks.

Working 7 days a week at the moment not a hope in hell of catching the mobile bank that comes twice a week. Try do online banking. Yes you guessed it ,it's not working. Thinking it's time to take my money else where. @RBS
