Imran Khan is too good for this country. He is too soft hearted for such a cruel system and ungrateful people. He deserves a better nation. May Allah make things easy for him. At 73 years old, he is being punished for standing up for the very people he wanted to serve. #Pakistan

Another Tuesday has passed.
Imran Khan remains behind bars in solitary confinement with no access to his family and proper medical treatment for his vision loss. There appears to be no clear direction, no coherent strategy and no visible path forward.
How many more Tuesdays and Thursdays will pass like this before decisive action is taken?
🇵🇰 The man Khan fired is now running Pakistan's nukes.
Think about that for a second. Munir was sacked by Khan in 2019 after just eight months as ISI chief. Eight months. Khan threw him out after he went to Tehran with the Pakistani delegation and blew up the room, went completely off the script the government had agreed on internally, used language with Iranian officials that had no business being used, and actively wrecked what could have been a genuine step toward better Pakistan-Iran ties. Iran complained directly to Khan. Khan fired him.
That same man now controls 170 nuclear warheads with zero institutional checks left standing.
What happened between getting fired and getting the keys is the part that should make every Pakistani furious. After the sacking, Munir allegedly flew to London and sat down with Nawaz Sharif, who was conveniently living in self imposed exile at the time. Khan called it the London Plan. The deal as Khan described it was straightforward, Munir gets army chief, Khan's government gets taken apart, his party gets destroyed, the judiciary plays along. Sounds insane until you watch it happen exactly like that, step by step, over the next three years.
Munir became army chief in November 2022 in a process multiple reports said involved heavy consultations with the same Nawaz Sharif sitting in London. Within months Khan was arrested. Shariar waltzed back into Pakistan in October 2023 and had most of his convictions vacated almost overnight. By February 2024 his brother was prime minister, the elections were rigged openly and Washington and Brussels said nothing.
Then Munir really got to work. He promoted himself to Field Marshal, invented a brand new title of Chief of Defence Forces, and passed the 27th Constitutional Amendment scrapping the Nuclear Command Authority that had existed since 2000. That authority existed for one reason, to make sure no single person could ever make a nuclear decision alone. It required the prime minister, the joint chiefs, the service chiefs, all in the room. All of that is now gone. Munir replaced it with the National Strategic Command, headed by himself, answerable to nobody above him. The prime minister's only remaining role is to appoint people Munir recommends.
Pakistan has 170 nuclear warheads. Every single one of them now answers to one man.
Khan, the man who saw all of this coming and tried to stop it, has been rotting in a cell for nearly 3 years. And Munir gets called "my favorite Field Marshal" by Trump.

“Before investigating any matter, the FIA should apologize to me for fabricating a baseless case against me like the cipher case.
After the cipher, as Prime Minister, I conveyed a demarche to the Americans to protect Pakistan's sovereignty and to make my nation proud, and I presented the facts to my people.
My message to my nation was clear: we are a sovereign and dignified nation that will never accept interference in our internal affairs.
The cipher was actually sent to General Bajwa to topple my elected democratic government.
General Bajwa colluded with thieves for an extension of his tenure and imposed them on the nation.
I take responsibility for the posts made on my X (Twitter) account, but being in jail, I could not watch the video before it was uploaded.
Today, I was shown the video which contains the content of the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report.
Had I seen the video before uploading, I would have made a few minor changes to make the message more effective.
The Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report covers the causes, reasons, and characters involved in a tragic event in our national history.
The two main objectives of the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report were to identify those responsible for the tragedy and to point out mistakes.
I referred to the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report so that we could learn from past mistakes.
In the context of the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report, the criticism of General Yahya Khan is based on his political decision-making.
General Yaqub and Admiral Ahsan, stationed in East Pakistan, advised Yahya Khan against military action in East Pakistan, for which they had to resign.
The constitution binds the military to stay completely out of politics so they can perform their professional duties without facing criticism.
The Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report clearly states that General Yahya Khan was fully engaged in political decision-making.
Political decisions are criticized worldwide, and democracy fully protects such criticism.
A military head is not elected or appointed through a referendum, so it is in the military's best interest, as mandated by the constitution, to keep itself and its leadership away from politics and political decisions.
When a military head gets involved in politics or makes political decisions, he steps out of his position and into the political arena.
Yahya Khan's decision of not transferring power to a government with a decisive majority and public mandate, and letting the country face a tragic incident, were his decisions.
The situation rapidly deteriorated into internal chaos and division because the public mandate was not respected, resulting in the country's split.
Pakistan and its military paid a heavy price for Yahya Khan's involvement and interest in political decision-making.
After making political decisions and getting deeply involved in politics, it was impossible for General Yahya Khan to hide behind the military, so both the Hamoodur Rahman Commission and history have critically evaluated his role.
The extraordinary similarity between the events of the 1970s and today's situation is a cause for concern for every sensible Pakistani.
In the 1970s, the country was divided; today, our economy is in ruins with minimal chances of improvement,
The attempt to revive the economy through the SIFC has failed miserably.
Crushing the country's largest and most publicly mandated party through lawlessness will not improve the economy.
The FIA should investigate who abducted Azhar Mashwani's brothers and for what crime.
Social media workers are our heroes and assets of the nation, and the harassment of them and their families should stop.
The chances of economic improvement will only arise when the public mandate is respected, and decision-making is entrusted to democratically elected representatives with the public mandate- Imran Khan.

Because he didn't support Ukraine.
It's so disgusting.
