Those living in London please suggest good broadband services since @bt_uk just lost my business. How disappointing are their systems, i get better broadband services in a third world country! Cancelling orders twice in a month with no reason @bt_uk@BTCare
My god, such terrible service with @bt_uk they have cancelled my broadband upgrade order twice in 2 weeks because of an error on their part! Twice! The customer service is helpless, no concrete answers- how is this company functioning? @BTCare
@AliaChughtai I never said that, wish you wouldn’t jump to conclusions. However perhaps given your profession its an occupational hazard! my point is that this situation is a grey zone. Its not ideal to close or remain open. Hope everyone can manage to stay healthy and safe

5/5 false charges coming onto their credit card statement, then having to convince Uber that actually this is my account please let me use it, they receive all the proof they ask for but i still am unable to log in.
7/7 i have been extremely patient and understanding throughout considering my account was hacked (their fault not mine) but where is the customer service now? I would advise everyone to not take this privacy issue lightly and perhaps look into other cab options. @UberUKsupport
6/6 would be happy to delete my Uber account right now, but unfortunately for that as well i need to log in, which @UberUKsupport @Uber@uberuk is letting me do so after confirming it is my account and I should be be able to access it ( their words, not mine)

4/4 i am in shock and enraged by how unsafe my data or anyone else’s is at Uber. And the lack of help from Uber. If this is a common issue, then there should be better security measures regarding account hacking and data privacy. Dont think anyone would want thousands of ££ false
3/3 is @Uber @UberUKsupport @UberUK our personal data not safe with Uber? Mine isn’t. I would love to delete my account RIGHT NOW. But unfortunately uber doesn’t let me do that either. LOL. After going through all this while im sitting in london I continue to get charges in USA
2/2 i have graciously complied with all requests of information required to verify my account is my own, yet despite acknowledgment by the @UberUKsupport team that it is my account after all i am still unable to use it. Firstly why was my uber account hacked in the first place?
@UberUKsupport @UberUK my uber account was hacked, i have been trying to get access to my account since 23rd March and to no avail. Have not heard back from your ‘specialist’ team in 2 days now. What sort of service is this? Fyi im still getting false charges on my account
