A young man used to go regularly to Aishah رضي اللّٰه عنها, asking her
questions, and she would speak to him.

One day, he came to her again to ask, and she said, "My son, have you acted upon what you have heard from me?"

He said, "No, by Allah, my mother."

The more Qur'an you recite, the more barakah you will have. Recite the Qur'an as much as you want barakah in your life. The recitation of the Qur'an is the greatest dhikr of Allah. Stay connected with it throughout the day and night.

Umm 'Abdillah Bint Muqbil al-Waadiee (may Allah preserve her) said:

It is upon the woman to choose a righteous man, for how many a righteous women don't choose someone just as righteous, then she marries a loser and he drags her to his ways (ideology) and his (lowly) state!

If you read (the Qur'an) with contemplation, even if over a (single) ayah, it is a key to healing your heart.

Even if repeated a hundred times and for the (whole) night. Reading an ayah with contemplation and understanding is better than reading to completion without tadabbur and understanding.

It is more beneficial for the heart and ensures gain in faith, and in tasting sweetness of the Qur'an.
