With a heavy heart, grief, and sadness, I extend my deepest condolences to my fellow parents mourning the loss of our children. May God comfort and strengthen you in bearing this immense loss. For those in the hospital, may the Lord grant you a speedy recovery.
We also give glory to Jehovah God, who hears and answers the prayers of His people. The past few days have been extraordinarily painful for any mother. It was a unique and challenging situation, and mothers across the nation prayed fervently for reason to prevail. Our children, courageous and bold, expressed their expectations by occupying churches on Sunday. As mothers, we prayed for the preservation of life. Yesterday, we watched in horror as children and fathers struggled to find dialogue, marking one of the saddest days for us all.
As we navigate through these trying times, let us hold on to our faith and the strength of our community. May we find solace in each other's support and continue to pray for healing and peace. Let us take inspiration from our children, who have been coming together and supporting the injured, successfully fundraising for them. Indeed, the future is in safe hands. Together, we will find the courage to move forward and honour the lives of those we have lost.
No one, not a single manager, director or CEO should imagine that a mental health case is far away from them.
I worked in the finance industry for more than 20 years. I have also been in business. And all these, I juggled as I served my family as a wife and a mother. Sometimes, the pressures of work, business, and family drive people to have mental health issues. I, therefore, encourage all employers to be mindful of their employees’ welfare and offer mental support. The workplace, as we recognize, is a significant environment where mental health can either be nurtured or neglected. Let employees feel safe, heard, and cared for. #MentalHealthMatters @NationAfrica@BD_Africa@NACADAKenya
The Boy Child has been neglected for many years. When we speak about gender today, we think the gender is a woman; it's a big error we've made to leave one behind and uplift the other - Dorcas Rigathi

First, learn a new skill.
Second, monetize it.
Third, save the money.
Fourth, invest the money.
Fifth, repeat the cycle.
Be simple. Don't complicate it.

Dear Men
The only woman who has your best interests at heart is your mother
Break your banks for her, treat her well as along as she is alive
When things go haywire in life she is the only one who will stay
Mothers are irreplaceable!

If you’re going to reach your destiny, you have to get good at ignoring things. Ignore negative comments, ignore disrespect, ignore insults, ignore the naysayers. They don’t control your destiny. They are distractions trying to keep you from God’s best.
Appreciation post: Dear @EMS_Kenya I'd like to appreciate and celebrate your team of professionals for their help and extra support yesterday when we needed them.
