can you provide me with an email address so I can get a new bill issued the one I have has the wrong meter readings on.
it was posted to my other house and is addressed to the occupier there is no way on your website that I can do this

why is it so difficult to contact British Gas ???
I have a bill to pay but it says on the envelope to the occupier all I want is to give correct readings via email and get a new bill.
there is nothing on the website no way just to send an ordinary email!!
