Before Christmas, #Drivetime spoke to Nour, an Irish-based #Palestinian who was worried for her family in #Gaza.

After that interview former master of the Coombe Prof Chris Fitzpatrick contacted Drivetime to offer help to Nour and her sister.

This means I was forced to pay an extra €80 for seats,despite already paying for seats, to ensure I could sit beside my 2& 3 year old children.@Ryanair market themselves on being family friendly but make themselves entirely unavailable to assist when they are completely at fault

Absolutely dreadful service from @Ryanair They changed the aircraft for the flight so the seats my family had paid for gone off the plane-row 34. Despite emails, calls & engaging with airport staff-no resolution offered. Family now separated on flight.
