@laurenrileyg @EtihadHelp @Trip It seems a lot of people are in the same boat. Been emailing them back and forth and have so far gotten nowhere... I know this is situation is unprecedented but it should not this difficult to get a refund!

@PostOffice Hi, I arranged for a parcel to be held at a post office for collection; however I now cannot physically go to the post office to collect the parcel for now. how long will my parcel be held for and can i keep it there for the time being?

@SimonCalder I had a flight with Etihad airways from London to Hong Kong via stopover at Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi to Hong Kong flight was cancelled, and all flights to UAE are now suspended. What are my rights? Am I entitled to a refund? Etihad only offering vouchers.
