Disappointed with recent experience with @goibibo @GoibiboSupport , I am a student of IIT BHU and was supposed to take a bus to VARANASI from Ranchi today. The bus was already 20 min late from the supposed arrival time and when it came someone was already sitting on my seat,

My lectures are going to start from Monday and I am not sure when I am going to reach there. Also, they failed to inform about the inconvenience before the bus reached the station. Hence wasted my 2-3 hours in traffic and the station.
