Even calls to her #HDFCBANK RM didn’t yield much support (only to be informed that in next 2 days he’ll be back and then only let her know, meanwhile she lost additional 6L through UPI outward transfers). The matter remains under investigation 🤷‍♂️

@MEAIndia This is the current state of applicants from 48 A counters being choked up. Not sure if people care for the time wasted here. All because people (govt officials) are not sticking to the timely duties.

@kolkata psk, discipline issue of MEA officials is leading to significant inconvenience to citizens. With 14 B counters only one is operational, reason being MEA officials, including the ADO/APO are not reporting on time. @TCS officials are also helpless.

@MEAIndia kindly look into this lackadaisical attitude of government officials in kolkata psk and take corrective measures. Mumbai and Delhi offices are significantly better served
