Social Media is not the way for a federal agency to respond to and publicize a citizen’s FOIA request. What is going on over there?

This is an official government X account but this is not the official method to respond to FOIA requests to the FBI.

When we said “denied” we meant denied the mandated 20 day turnaround for an FOIA response. We WERE, in fact, denied that citing “unusual circumstances”.
Which is why we included a link to the full episode where we showed on what 3 grounds that denial was made plus suggesting adjustments from your office.
