@TerryReintke @vonderleyen Unfortunately it's changed minds of remainers and swing voters. Pre Art16 proposal, polls indicated as many as 70% thought Brexit a mistake. Post Art16, only 26% 'feel good will' towards the EU on today's YouGov poll. 😢

The EU should have explained things like FOM, Tariff Free Trade, and Grants for Deprived Areas far better - Cornwall had many EU grants yet majority voted leave 😢
